All items purchased from andreaiyamah.store are shipped from Andrea Iyamah Studio in Lagos Nigeria. Please note you may incur duties regulated by your country upon delivery. All exchanges/store credit will be issued from Andrea Iyamah Studio if items have been purchased via ANDREA IYAMAH STUDIO. If you would like to have your A.I Studio purchased items exchanged please email studio@andreaiyamah.com. A shipping label will be invoiced and sent to you for your exchange.

Processing time
Please allow 1 - 2 business days for your order to be processed. Processing times are not included in the estimated delivery time at checkout.
During sales and high volume periods processing time is 3-4 days.

Dispatch notification
If you have not received a dispatch/delivery notification within the specified processing time or dispatch date,
please notify us by sending an email to instore@andreaiyamah.com including your order number.Â
Item not delivered?Â
If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 days before contacting us because packages may have been delayed by selected courier service.
Once items are dispatched it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered.
Please note that refunds will not be issued for lost packages, however items will be resent if a package cannot be traced.
Customs and Duties ChargesÂ
Almost all shipments crossing international borders (outside Nigeria) are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country's government. Andrea Iyamah has no control over these charges as they vary between countries. These charges are the customers responsibility.
In rare cases that your package arrives from multiple warehouses if its unavailable in one location, duties may apply depending on your shipping address.Â

We are open for pickups. We encourage all urgent orders to choose the shipping option.
